Several of our treatments have a first-trial price so you can experience them before committing to a package.

Yes. Most of our signature treatments have a first-trial session priced separately, from RM 68. Trials are one session, and your therapist will talk you through results and whether a course makes sense afterwards.

Yes. Our retail range is the same medi-grade formulation line used in centre. The point is to hold your results between appointments, not to sell you something different.

Within Peninsular Malaysia, 2-5 days to major cities. To or from East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), about 5-7 days. Addresses classified as out of delivery area may take a further 3-5 days.

Yes, within 3 business days of receiving your order. Email us first: items returned without our approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is not covered by Medi Beaute.
